ANTIQUES
Specializing in the decorative arts, the restoration of antiques was a major focus of all my studio work for museums, galleries, interior decorators, designers, and private clients. From the 1980s, New Orleans was a heyday of building and object restoration, and all the work of my studio contributed heavily toward the beautification of the interiors of homes and major collections. GILDED OBJECTS
After an apprenticeship with a conservation studio, in 1984 I opened my own offering gilding, restoration and fine art using traditional methods of Egyptians, French, and Italian master craftsmanship. The Gilding Arts were my forte. My studio was filled with fine furniture, frames, architecture, antiques and sculptural objects of all periods from clients to be repaired, gilded, or restored using only the finest materials available.
